Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
When she was initially inspired through the shadows she observed on the grass of the trees She worked over a period of months to develop a technique which did not depict the object in a 2D image. When the objects are alive or perishable like fruit and even people that they transform into a picture of them. Alexa Meade's work is ephemeral, but the photo is the only thing that is left. Photography and painting techniques are closely coordinated and result in a two-dimensional, flat space which achieves trompe-l'oeil. Only certain areas of the photo, like the hair or eyes, display the three-dimensional dimension. Meade sometimes incorporates painted models in the space surrounding them. They are able to interact with this world she has created. It eliminates any distinction between painting, photography and installation.
